Arrival Departure:
Check-in is possible from 3 p.m.
Check out by 10.00 a.m.
Please note that our apartments are located in a restricted traffic area.
The parking lots (see info below) are all just a few minutes' walk away.
Breakfast:
Just a few steps away from the apartments is the Erb bakery/cafeteria, which offers a wonderful breakfast menu. Whether to take away or on site - the selection of fresh products is unique!
Pets:
Your four-legged friend is welcome on request. The surcharge of € 75 will be charged.
Prices:
The prices are per accommodation unit/night for 2 people. Bed linen and towels, as well as the use of all kitchen equipment and furnishings are included in the price. In addition, the tourist tax of € 2,20 per person/night will be charged (children under 14 are excluded).
The final cleaning is € 60 and is not included in the price.
The price from the 3rd person in the apartment is € 75.-/night.
Cancellation conditions:
Until 14 days before arrival free.
In the case of 7 to 0 days before your arrival or no-show or early departure, 100% of the total price is due.
Park:
The following car parks can be reached within a 5-minute walk:

Therme parking lot (24h ticket € 25,- / weekly ticket € 93,-)

Algunder winery parking lot (day ticket € 18,- // within the first 12 hours the ticket must be validated at the machine for the special tariffs)
Cleaning:
Please note that the apartments are not cleaned during the stay. The final cleaning is € 60 and is not included in the price.

Allocation of apartments:
The apartments are divided into two categories (studio and penthouse), which meet the same criteria for each category. The assigned numbers (I;II;III;IV), which are given at the time of booking, may differ at check-in.
Smoking:
Smoking is only allowed outside (balcony/terrace) with closed windows.
cot:
For babies, we are happy to provide a cot on request.
Sole use:
The price for single use of the apartment is calculated on request.
Long term rental:
Our apartments can also be rented for a longer period of time. The price for this will be calculated on request
