Cancellation conditions:
30 to 15 days before your arrival, 30% of the total price is due.
14 to 8 days before your arrival, 70% of the total amount is due.
In the case of 7 to 0 days before your arrival or no-show or early departure, 100% of the total price is due.

 

Allocation of apartments:
The apartments are divided into two categories (studio and penthouse), which meet the same criteria for each category. The assigned numbers (I;II;III;IV), which are given at the time of booking, may differ at check-in.

Reservation:
The reservation is only valid if the credit card is successfully charged at the time of booking.

Security:
Each time you leave the cottage it is your responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed to ensure security and prevent rain and water damage. Lights, air conditioning, fans and electronic devices such as televisions must be switched off when not in use to save energy. It is not allowed to leave the air conditioning on when you are not in the apartment. Children must be supervised by their parents at all times while using the terrace and balcony areas.
